FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We plan to start out by shipping orders twice a week. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order has shipped.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We have enabled international shipping to many countries via DHL and UPS. (Please keep in mind your country may require you to pay duties upon receipt of the package.)

Q: How many roads must a man walk down before you call him a man?
A: My friend is blowing in the wind.

Q: My friend has a card that was used in an MTGRemy video but I don’t see any for sale. Will you be putting any up for sale?
A: The video-used cards are given away to Patrons, and we have no plans to sell any. :(
 
Q: What is your return policy?
A: That is a great question! We are not currently set up to handle returns BUT if you receive a defective, damaged, or unsatisfactory item, please do email us at mtgremy@gmail.com, as we certainly want you to be happy! :)
 
Q: I am outside the USA, do I have to pay customs duties and taxes?
A: Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges. We want to make sure anyone who wans to order is able to do so but please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
